I buy this as a replacement for an eMac (17 "CRT iMac for a while 'Back), which was finally a hard disk failure after 5 years. Because it is so old, I decided to replace him for a new iMac. On 81 and experience some 'of computers, had no problem creating the new unit. The computer is obviously much faster than his old eMac PowerPC. The screen is very bright and easy to view and adjust the angle of inclination. L 'only reason I do not give it 5 stars because it is only one FireWire 800 and one did not have cable. I bought a 800-400 cable Fry's (9-pin vs 6 pin), but was not very reliable ( to guide the drops often.) I was able to transfer your old photos, etc., but I am not happy with the design of the FireWire 800 connection, compared to 400. It 'probably the problem with the market after the cable, but it is not as good of a project like the old 6-pin FW 400 connector. I want to buy a new computer for another family, if you have a desktop computer using a laptop computer.
